Justice for All!

Citizen awareness activity

November 20, 2025

Promote access to justice for all, particularly for women, youth and vulnerable people, through a citizen awareness day.

Context

Access to justice remains a major challenge in the Central African Republic, due to lack of awareness of rights, poverty, slow procedures and lack of confidence in institutions.

Faced with this reality, the MK. Legal Permanence and Mediation Association is committed to bringing justice closer to citizens through awareness, training and community mediation activities.

This activity aims to strengthen knowledge of the law, encourage recourse to justice mechanisms, and promote social peace through dialogue.

  • Raise awareness about the role of justice in peace and social cohesion
  • Encourage mediation and peaceful conflict resolution
  • Mobilize local actors (neighborhood chiefs, community leaders, women, youth) around the theme "Justice for All"

Activities

  • Official opening session with local authorities and partners (MINUSCA, civil society)
  • Thematic communication on access to justice and human rights
  • Interactive exchanges with the public
  • Distribution of awareness materials (flyers, posters)
  • Restitution and closing with recommendations
